The Satake Paddy Separator PS is an oscillation-type paddy separator with a very high sorting performance and an easy maintenance design. All varieties of rice such as long grain, medium grain and short grain can be sorted easily and accurately. It separates a mixture of paddy and brown rice into three distinct classes: paddy, mixture of paddy and brown rice and brown rice, to be sent to a husker, back to the paddy separator and to a rice whitener, respectively
Raw Material Weighing System (Max Capacity: 60 kg) Designed for precise weighing of raw materials up to 60 kilograms, with high accuracy and a low margin of error not exceeding 10 grams. Robust Construction: Built for durability, with customizable material options to suit specific applications. High-Precision Load Cells: Utilizes four load cells to ensure maximum weighing accuracy (configurable as needed). Modbus Communication: Supports Modbus protocol for flexible integration with external devices such as computers or measurement instruments.
Tank: Chemical Mixing Vessel Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, offering excellent durability and resistance to chemical corrosion. The tank features a curved design to minimize residue buildup during mixing. Mixing: Chemical Blending System Operates at low speed with continuous stirring to minimize foam formation during the mixing process. Pump Mount Plate: Chemical Transfer System Installed beneath the tank for convenient operation and maintenance access.
Treater Head Assembly Made of stainless steel for durability and resistance to chemical corrosion. Allows adjustment of the mixing ratio between chemical volume and raw material quantity. Drum Assembly Constructed from stainless steel for long-lasting use and chemical resistance. The drum measures 460 × 1,820 mm and features adjustable angle and rotation speed via a variable-speed gear motor.
